{"id":9238,"date":"2021-08-18T19:48:25","date_gmt":"2021-08-18T19:48:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/realtorparty.realtor\/?page_id=9238"},"modified":"2024-01-18T14:24:53","modified_gmt":"2024-01-18T14:24:53","slug":"smart-growth-application-level-2-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/realtorparty.realtor\/community-outreach\/smart-growth\/level3-application","title":{"rendered":"Smart Growth Grant &#8211; Level 3"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2>Level Three<\/h2>\n<p>As with the Level 2 grants, the Level 3 Smart Growth Grants funds activities to engage in local land-use, growth and transportation issues with other stakeholders and elected officials which will have an impact on policies.<\/p>\n<p>The Level 3 grant was developed to support more a more comprehensive initiative, demonstrates a commitment to have a positive impact on a community, and involve multiple partners and\/or stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Types of activities funded include: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/realtorparty.realtor\/wp-content\/uploads\/appsDocs\/community-outreach\/walkable\/Walkable_Communities_MainStreet.pdf\">Downtown Mainstreet Assessments<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/realtorparty.realtor\/wp-content\/uploads\/appsDocs\/community-outreach\/walkable\/Walkable-Communities-WalkShop.pdf\">Walkable Community Workshops<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/realtorparty.realtor\/community-outreach\/better-block-guide\">Better Block<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Fiscal Impact Land Use Analyses &#8211; such as provided by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.urbanthree.com\/\">Urban-3<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Other activities considered on a case-by-case basis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements &amp; Criteria &#8211;\u00a0 <\/strong>Also see <a href=\"https:\/\/realtorparty.realtor\/community-outreach\/smart-growth\/faqs\">the FAQs<\/a> which addresses all 3 grant levels.<\/p>\n<h2>Process<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Grant Amount: up to $15,000 if all criteria met.<\/li>\n<li>Number\/Year: A maximum of one Level 3 grant is awarded per year per association.<\/li>\n<li>Deadline: October 15 or until commitment levels reach 100%.
