With contributions from state and local REALTOR\u00ae associations, affiliates, Institutes, Societies, and Councils, as well as industry partners, CAP supports federal, state, and local advocacy campaigns and public policy priorities.<\/p>\n<p>This innovative program makes it possible for the real estate corporate family to effectively join together and raise funds as a critical revenue source for advocacy efforts at every level of government. CAP is nonpartisan, addressing the most pressing issues facing the real estate community.<\/p>\n<p>As the preeminent <a href=\"https:\/\/realtorparty.realtor\/download\/7645\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">soft money<\/a> program for the real estate industry, CAP has the funding and prestige to successfully push for and fight against issues that affect us all.
