Activities may include a class or forum, a speaker who can address a fair housing issue, or a facilitated &#8220;book club&#8221; event.<\/p>\n<p>Starting in 2025, the Fair Housing grant can be used to support eligible expenses to conduct NAR\u2019s\u202f<em>At Home With Diversity<\/em>\u202fclass. This change ensures support option alignment with NAR\u2019s new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nar.realtor\/about-nar\/governing-documents\/code-of-ethics\/code-of-ethics-training\/fair-housing-requirement\">Fair Housing\/Anti-Bias Training requirements<\/a> for all members. If you previously used a Diversity &amp; Inclusion grant to support this class, you may now apply for a Fair Housing grant to support the course. NAR\u2019s At Home With Diversity class and activities previously supported by a Fair Housing grant are not eligible for funding. This includes updated\/revised classes and recurring\/annual events.<\/p>\n<p>Level 1 applications are accepted on a rolling basis from January 1 through October 15 with decisions announced approximately one week later.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Maximum award: $1,500.<br \/>\n<em>Note that for classes, a maximum of $1,000 of the award can be used to pay instructor fees.
