State Grasstops Advocacy<\/h4>\n<p>Each state association must create and utilize a grasstops team to advance the state association\u2019s advocacy priorities. <strong>Proof of Achievement: <\/strong>Complete this goal by providing evidence verifying they created or maintained a grasstops program leveraging one or more REALTORS\u00ae members to advance your advocacy agenda. This evidence would include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">A description of relevant activity and\/or the program, list of REALTOR\u00ae member participants, and evidence that the state association trained and\/or mobilized this group of REALTOR\u00ae members during the calendar year,<\/li>\n<li>Use of NAR\u2019s\u00a0<span role=\"presentation\"><u><a id=\"OWA36ebe36d-90aa-12a2-14e9-036b9cb9fd00\" class=\"x_OWAAutoLink\" title=\"https:\/\/realtorparty.realtor\/member-consumer\/state-key-contact-grant\" href=\"https:\/\/realtorparty.realtor\/member-consumer\/state-key-contact-grant\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"1\">State Key Contact Grant<\/a><\/u><\/span>, OR<\/li>\n<li>Adoption of SPC Management Program<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>2. Voter Registration Drive and Get-Out-The-Vote (GOTV) Activities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Each state must host a voter registration drive and complete GOTV activities by Election Day. (If states do not have elections annually, they are only required to host or maintain their voter registration efforts.)<\/li>\n<li><em>State and local associations may request member voter registration lists <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/realtorparty.realtor\/campaign-services\/voter-registration-program\/request-a-voter-registration-list.html\"><em>here<\/em><\/a><em>.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Proof of Achievement:<\/strong>\u00a0Submit evidence of your voter registration and GOTV efforts (event photos, e-newsletter ad, copy of email\/mailer, etc.).<\/p>\n<h4>3. REALTOR\u00ae Party Mobile Alerts Usage<\/h4>\n<p>Each state must use <a href=\"https:\/\/realtorparty.realtor\/member-consumer\/advocacy-everywhere\/rpma-request-form\">RPMA texting platform<\/a> at least once a year to promote:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Association\u2019s use of NAR REALTOR\u00ae Party grants or programs,<\/li>\n<li>State Legislative Breaking News,<\/li>\n<li>Get-Out-the-Vote activities, or<\/li>\n<li>State advocacy programs or initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Proof of Achievement: <\/strong>Submit your submit copy of <a href=\"https:\/\/realtorparty.realtor\/member-consumer\/advocacy-everywhere\/rpma-request-form\">RPMA request form<\/a> to or image of text message.<\/p>\n<h4>4. State Broker Advocacy and Engagement<\/h4>\n<p>Each state must engage their brokers annually by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Hosting a one-hour state broker meeting and inviting Broker Engagement Committee member or\u00a0<span role=\"presentation\"><u><a id=\"OWA174c90c0-b929-9608-b8da-0823e9fb59c9\" class=\"x_OWAAutoLink\" title=\"https:\/\/realtorparty.realtor\/about-us\/rptt.html\" href=\"https:\/\/realtorparty.realtor\/about-us\/rptt.html\" data-auth=\"NotApplicable\" data-linkindex=\"2\">REALTOR\u00ae Party Liaison<\/a><\/u><\/span>\u00a0to speak at least one time a year, OR<\/li>\n<li>Launching a <a href=\"mailto:jsims@nar.realtor?subject=Request%20for%20State%20Broker%20CFA\">State Broker Call-for-Action<\/a> at least once a year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Proof of Achievement: <\/strong>Submit your materials form their state broker meeting or evidence of broker CFA.<\/p>\n<h3>RPAC Goals<\/h3>\n<p>Meet or exceed the following <a href=\"https:\/\/realtorparty.realtor\/wp-content\/uploads\/appsDocs\/rpac\/Presidents-RPAC-State-Goals.pdf\">five RPAC goals<\/a>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><em><strong>National RPAC Fundraising Goal*<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Federal RPAC Disbursements Allocation<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>1% of membership as Major Investors<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>10% of Major Investors as President\u2019s Circle members<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>37% Participation<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>*States who set their 2025 National RPAC Fundraising Goal at an amount lower than what they raised in voluntary hard and soft dollars in 2024 do not meet these criteria.<\/em> [\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;LOCAL PRESIDENT\u2019S CUP GOALS&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;local&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]The following Advocacy and RPAC Goals must be met by December 15, 2025 for a local association to qualify for the President\u2019s cup:<\/p>\n<h3>Local associations must complete one of three advocacy goals:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>To host a voter registration drive and, during election years, launch a Get-Out-The-Vote campaign for local elections,<\/li>\n<li>To use the RPMA program for advocacy related communications to their membership, or<\/li>\n<li>To create and maintain a grasstops REALTOR\u00ae team to advance their advocacy agenda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Proof of Achievement: <\/strong>Local associations would submit evidence to NAR staff of completing their advocacy goal.<\/p>\n<h3>RPAC Goals<\/h3>\n<p>Local associations must be trained in the PAC Management System, and <a href=\"https:\/\/realtorparty.realtor\/wp-content\/uploads\/appsDocs\/rpac\/Local-Presidents-Cup-Goals.pdf\">the following criteria<\/a> must be met:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Meet or exceed local\u2019s share of their state\u2019s National RPAC Fundraising Goal<\/li>\n<li>Local association meet or exceed 37% Participation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=&#8221;CONTACT INFO&#8221;
