  1. Do these contributions go to state and local candidates?<\/strong>
    \nNo. All contributions made through the Pro-Property Platform go directly to federal candidates. State and local RPAC investments remain separate and are not affected.<\/li>\n
  2. When will the Platform be available?<\/strong>
    \nWe are tentatively planning to launch on July 31, 2025<\/strong>. Final confirmation will be provided approximately one week in advance.<\/li>\n
  3. Can I give my full $2,000 President\u2019s Circle contribution to my Member of Congress through the Platform?<\/strong>
    \nNo. The President\u2019s Circle program is separate from the Platform. You may only contribute $500<\/strong> to your Member of Congress through President\u2019s Circle. Contributions through the Platform are in addition to your RPAC and President\u2019s Circle investments.<\/li>\n
  4. Who is the point of contact for the Platform?<\/strong>
    \nPlease contact your NAR Political Representative<\/strong> with any questions.<\/li>\n
  5. Will the President\u2019s Circle and Platform candidates be the same?<\/strong>
    \nIn most cases, yes.<\/li>\n
  6. Does a Member of Congress have to be on the list to receive a contribution through the Platform?<\/strong>
    \nYes. Only candidates designated as REALTOR\u00ae Party Champions<\/strong> and listed on the Platform can receive contributions.<\/li>\n
  7. How does this relate to FEC contribution limits?<\/strong>
    \nAll contributions are direct to candidate campaigns and must comply with FEC regulations<\/strong>. The Platform helps you track your giving history via your account dashboard.<\/li>\n
  8. Who is responsible for tracking contribution limits?<\/strong>
    \nYou are responsible for monitoring your own contribution limits. Campaigns are also required to return any excess contributions received above the legal limits.<\/li>\n
  9. When will the candidate list be available?<\/strong>
    \nFinal candidate lists will be shared before the Platform launch. Updates will occur throughout the election cycle.<\/li>\n
  10. Are candidates reviewed every year or every cycle?<\/strong>

    \nNo. Both incumbents and qualifying open-seat candidates may be included.<\/li>\n
  14. Do Platform contributions count toward any recognition?<\/strong>
    \nYes. All contributions count toward the RPAC Hall of Fame<\/strong>. Additional recognition opportunities are being considered as the program grows.<\/li>\n
  15. Can associations contribute through the Platform?<\/strong>
    \nNo. The Platform is for individual contributions only<\/strong>. Association staff and members may contribute as individuals.<\/li>\n
  16. Is there a toolkit to help encourage other REALTORS\u00ae to participate?<\/strong>
    \nYes. Messaging templates, QR codes, and scripts for email, phone, and text outreach will be provided to help members engage their peers.<\/li>\n
  17. Who decides which candidates appear on the Platform?<\/strong>
    \nThe RPAC Federal Disbursement Trustees<\/strong> determine the candidate list. You choose which candidates to support. Contributions are processed through a separate segregated fund<\/strong> (SSF) and sent directly to campaigns.<\/li>\n
  18. Can I fulfill my Major Investor commitment through the Platform?<\/strong>
    \nNo. Your RPAC Major Investment<\/strong> must still be made through RPAC. The Platform is an opportunity to contribute in addition<\/strong> to your RPAC giving.<\/li>\n
  19. What are the contribution limits?<\/strong>
    \nFor the 2025\u20132026 election cycle, individuals may contribute up to $3,500 per election<\/strong> (primary and general), for a total of $7,000 per candidate per cycle<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  20. Can I use the Platform to contribute for a local fundraiser?<\/strong>
    \nYes \u2013 if the candidate is listed on the Platform. Coordinate with your NAR Political Representative<\/strong> to ensure proper processing.<\/li>\n
  21. If a non-REALTOR\u00ae contributes, will it still be branded as REALTOR\u00ae support?<\/strong>
    \nYes. All contributions will be branded as part of the REALTOR\u00ae community\u2019s effort to support pro-property, pro-housing rights candidates.<\/li>\n
  22. Will previous contributions made directly to candidates count in the Platform totals?<\/strong>
    \nNo. Only contributions made through the Platform<\/strong> will be tracked and credited within it.<\/li>\n
  23. Will states receive guidance to help promote the Platform?<\/strong>
    \nYes. A detailed staff toolkit<\/strong> and comprehensive FAQ will be available at launch to assist with implementation and promotion.<\/li>\n
