Sessions concepts are locked in, and fine-tuning has begun. I can\u2019t sing enough praises for the AG and their efforts to put together an awesome program with exciting new features, a boost of professionalism, innovative tactics for RPAC and policymaking\u2026and so much more. I can\u2019t wait for the schedule to be revealed soon!<\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, how are you doing? I\u2019m really asking. How many of you answer this question with the generic, \u2018good,\u2019 \u2018fine,\u2019 or \u2018ok\u2019? If you could see me, I\u2019m raising my hand too. Something I have been trying to be more intentional about is checking in on myself for real and being honest about what I find. When I do this, I feel more accountable to taking action to address challenges and take advantage of opportunities. The nature of our job is to serve our membership, to fight for our industry, and to strengthen our neighborhoods. This is important to us, right? It\u2019s just as important to serve, stand up for, and strengthen each other and us.
