The only way to keep cities affordable for working-class families is to <strong>focus on housing supply<\/strong>. NAR Chief Advocacy Officer Shannon McGahn led an executive discussion on the <strong>bipartisan solutions REALTORS\u00ae are advancing<\/strong> to make housing more accessible and affordable.<\/p>\n<p>NAR will conduct a similar event with POLITICO at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago next week.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #ff00ff;\"><em>FHA Changes 203(k) Rehabilitation Mortgage Insurance Program<\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) recently announced <a title=\"https:\/\/www.nar.realtor\/washington-report\/fha-changes-203k-rehabilitation-mortgage-insurance-program\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nar.realtor\/washington-report\/fha-changes-203k-rehabilitation-mortgage-insurance-program\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-outlook-id=\"83922ed4-c92d-4aa9-b9f5-699204613827\"><strong>changes to their 203(k) rehabilitation mortgage insurance program<\/strong><\/a>.
