Share Digitally with Public Officials and Community Partners<\/strong><\/p>\n

State and local REALTOR\u00ae associations are encouraged to share the magazine digitally with members, elected officials, municipal and state staff and community leaders.<\/p>\n

NAR has prepared a Digital Distribution Toolkit (DDT) for use by state and local association staff to aid your\u00a0On Common Ground<\/i>\u00a0delivery efforts.\u00a0 The DDT contains distribution strategies, model language, article teaser text and social media graphics.\u00a0 Access the DDT\u00a0HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Alternatively, you can provide NAR with a mailing list and leave the delivery to us.<\/p>\n

Ordering\u00a0On Common Ground<\/em><\/h2>\n

Option 1: Ship to Association Office<\/strong><\/p>\n

NAR can ship a specific number of copies of the latest issue\u00a0<\/em>to your association each time the magazine is published. Association staff and\/or leadership can then distribute them in-person when meeting with local public officials. Many associations prefer this method because it facilitates direct contact with public officials. Please email the number of copies you would like to receive and the name and shipping address to OCG@nar.realtor<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A maximum number of\u00a0<\/em>200 copies<\/em>\u00a0may be requested with this option.<\/em><\/p>\n

Please Note<\/span>: The request deadline for the May issue is April 5, and the deadline for the November issue is October 5.<\/p>\n

Option 2: Mail Directly to Public Officials and Community Partners<\/strong><\/p>\n

At no cost to your association, NAR can mail copies of the magazine directly to your local public officials and community partners. Use this template to provide a mailing list of public officials<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The first time your association uses this mailing option, you can provide a cover letter<\/a> for recipients with background on the magazine and why they are receiving the publication. The cover letter must be drafted by the association on your association\u2019s letterhead, and sent in PDF format along with the mailing list. Send the completed template and cover letter PDF (first time only) to OCG@nar.realtor<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Please update your list and resubmit as contacts change. When a new list is submitted, previous contacts are eliminated and replaced with new contacts.<\/p>\n

A maximum number of 3<\/em>00 copies<\/em> may be requested with this option. For local associations, only public officials in your service area should be included on your mailing list. State and federal elected officials need to be submitted by the state association. \u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Option 3: Share Digitally with Public Officials and Community Partners<\/strong><\/p>\n
