REALTOR\u00ae Associations<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/a>The toolkit is a collection of strategies, resources, and success stories meant to inspire REALTORS\u00ae and associations on the ways they can help improve their community\u2019s land use and transportation systems for long-term success.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/realtorparty.realtor\/training\/community-outreach\/community-outreach-webinars\"><strong>Smart Growth Learning Lab Recording\u00a0<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nThe Learning Lab recording from April 2025 titled \u201cSmart Growth Learning Lab\u201d on the Community Outreach webinar page provides information and examples of how NAR grants and resources can help your association champion key initiatives \u2013 from land use to housing opportunities.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/realtorparty.realtor\/news\/success-stories\"><strong>Success Story Database<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nSearch the phrase \u201cSmart Growth\u201d in the REALTOR\u00ae Party Success Story database to read numerous examples of successes from state and local associations around the country who are working to expand housing access.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row disable_element=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Smart Growth Grant funds state and local REALTOR\u00ae Association\u2019s land-use and transportation-related activities that \u00a0have an impact on public policies that support one or more of the <a href=\"https:\/\/realtorparty.realtor\/community-outreach\/smart-growth\/principals\">10 Smart Growth Principles<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Smart Growth Grant has 3 Levels: Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3.\u00a0 A maximum of one Level is awarded per year per association.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadline<\/strong>: October 15, 2022<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grant Amounts<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Level 1: up to $1,500 if all criteria met, see below<\/li>\n<li>Level 2: up to $5,000 if all criteria met, see below<\/li>\n<li>Level 3: up to $10,000 if all criteria met, see Form<\/a> needs to be submitted after completion of activity.\u00a0 Reimbursement will not be made until the evaluation form is submitted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reimbursements<\/strong>:\u00a0 Review the
